Hi, my name is Bonnie.

I decided to create this website as a journal to hold the beauty I see each week.

It’s not until I am intentional with my thoughts, that I actually see the beauty that lies right in front of me.

I find beauty in the small details, simplicity, learning new things, exploring the world, making photographs, nourishing myself, cherishing my family and God, and determined to see love over fear.

It feels the same as gratitude. When I write down what I am grateful for, I will go about my day, eyes wide open, looking for what I am grateful for.

Such like beauty, eyes wide open, masterpieces appear in what was once, just the ordinary.

Beauty IS in the eye of the beholder. We each have our own paintbrush. It’s just a matter of looking for what we want to see.

The beauty I see will be different than yours. But maybe by seeing mine, it will remind you to find yours. It’s there. I can’t wait for both of us to marvel at what we find.
