Beauty this week came in taking a small step.

Sometimes courage is small. Maybe you can’t roar like a lion and leap, but you can take a deep breath and step.

That is what I did this week. I stepped. There was no applause, no medals won, no records broken…but where fear lived, I took a step towards it. And for me, I was proud.

Courage isn’t always about not being afraid, nor big leaps or big roars. It’s about having just enough…just enough courage to take that step. Whichever way you go, there’s still no footing below; both are brave.

So how you choose to move is your own beautiful way.

I usually step with just enough. And for all of you “just enoughers,” I truly applaud you and see your bravery.❤️
